Chiyomi Chow, LSW – Chiyomi is a licensed social worker who has been working with families for the past 26 years, including 11 years in the field of foster care and adoption.  Presently she is the Director of Programs at Family Programs Hawaii, a 501(c)(3) social service agency dedicated to strengthening children and families who are at risk or involved in the child welfare system through high-quality prevention and providing essential services.

She previously worked with HUGS (Help, Understanding, and Group Support) providing services for families of children with a serious illness.  In her “free time,” she is a Wellness Partner with Amare Global providing natural solutions toward mental wellness.  She also enjoys dancing, attending Zumba, Ujam and tap classes whenever she gets a chance.

Terence Chow – Terence has been a licensed (ordained) Foursquare pastor since 1993 with the Hope Chapel movement.  Presently, he is on full time staff as the Executive Pastor with Hope Chapel Mililani.  He has a heart for bringing communities together and mobilizing the church to action outside of it's four walls. Terence enjoys taking trips with the family, going on missions, playing soccer and music.

Terence and Chiyomi have been married for over 25 years and have three children, two of which are adopted, one through foster care and the other through private adoption. They personally understand the difficulties of being a foster or adoptive parent, and desire to provide support to such families.
